What is A Death Doula

A “Death Doula” or “End of Life Doula” is a non-medical support person who provides holistic, non-judgemental support at the end of one’s life.in addition to supporting terminal or dying individual, a Death Doula supports the family and friends as well.

Death Doulas recommend resources that the terminally ill and their family may be unaware of.

My name is Annette and I am the owner of “My Sacred Time”. Before moving to Georgia in 2021 I lived in California. I had worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility as a CNA. I also worked in Home Health as a CHHA.  
I have held the hand of frightened patients as they take their last breath. Unfortunately my hands were always tied on exactly how much I could help the patient and their loved ones.
I love being able to now do exactly what I want to do and serve my clients and their family in a more hands on role. Each client has different needs and goals. I am able to customize my work and time to exactly what each client needs.
